Getting started

Download and open
One file, nothing to install. Keep it somewhere easy to find, like your desktop.

Enter your rep code
Whoever set up the session sends you a six-character code. Type it in and the reader joins.

Keep it beside your camera
Read the call as it happens. Your specialist sees the same transcript and can message you mid-call.
